Property Manager

Countrywide Estate Management seek a full time Property Manager with experience of leasehold block management to manage a portfolio of 600 units across 20 sites in London and the South-East of England.
The job is located in Croydon, Surrey within a friendly and supportive office.
The role is very customer focused and requires a high level of competence. Areas of responsibility include budgeting, debt recovery and year end accounting; repairs and major works; insurance renewals and claims; property inspections and client meetings; and general contact with lessees, contractors and other professionals.
The chosen candidate will need to possess a good knowledge of property management, a mature and responsible character, enthusiasm and initiative, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
IRPM part 1 qualification is desirable.
Knowledge of the TRAMPS computer system would be preferred.
