Commercial Bakery Operative

We are currently looking to recruit for an experienced commercial baker for a company based in Hull. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and a proven work history of working within a fast paced cooking room within a bakery environment.

The ideal candidate with have a solid history of baking cakes or confectionery related products within a commercial operation and cooking experience working from raw ingredients to cooked finished products.

An ability to demonstrate a good understand of best cooking practises, and all related hygiene controls, will hold a basic food hygiene certificate, as well as an understanding of weighing and measuring commercial amounts for cooking and production is essential.

The position will involve working on a day shift, 0700am-1500pm but with the flexibility of working on a 2 shift rotation pattern.
