Maintenance Supervisor – Hard FM Maintenance – Oxford Streeet
Are you seeking a fresh challenge?
My client is an award winning building maintenance service provider with a successful portfolio contracts across London. They are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a stand out commercial maintenance contract based in Oxford Street.
The successful candidate will be charged with covering the portfolio’s log books, sub-contractor RAMS, assisting in monthly reports and distributing PPM’s and assisting in reactive calls, whilst leading a team of 5 engineers.
Job Specification:
* Supervising a team of five other engineers and responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance across electrical and mechanical plant throughout the buildings.
* Ensure strong communication clients
* Manage and distribute PPMs amongst the engineering team.
* Organise sub contract labour.
* Organise labour and the procurement of materials and parts.
* Responsible for Health & Safety, risk assessment, permits etc.
* Attend client meetings and assist in monthly reports
* Manage and complete statutory log books
Salary & Package:
* £54,000.00 Per Annum
* Weekly Pattern: W1: 7 till 4 / W2: 10 till 7
* Overtime Available – Rates: x1.5 & x2.0
* Mobile Phone, Training and Career Progression into a Contract Manager role.
* 25 Days Annual Leave

The Person:
* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
* Team player, strong management skills
* Prioritising and solving problems often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.
