Salary 30-37k (dependant upon experience) + OT

ATA Recruitment is looking for an experienced, technically sound Maintenance Engineer to join a global food manufacturing company.

Role Description

Working night shifts with hours of 7pm – 7 am on a 4 nights on / 4 nights off shift system, the Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the day to day machinery and building maintenance of the company’s flagship site.

Responsibilities and duties include:

Carry out PPM schedules and attend daily breakdowns.

Take a proactive approach to the maintenance of all company equipment.

Contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives.

*
Support the implementation of production projects including introduction of new equipment.

*
Highlight any concerns regarding H&S of machinery.

*
Identify parts required to be ordered.

Required Experience

Must be experienced in electrical fault finding and electrical and mechanical installation, testing and commissioning. Must have relevant City & Guilds / ONC qualification or equivalent experience, ideally 17th edition IEE wiring regulations.
