Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced building services Quantity Surveyors for one of their most well regarded Clients.
Our clients, a Tier 1 Construction services business employ over 1000 people across the UK with operations spanning the entire country.
They seek an experienced, dynamic project surveyor who can come and join a successful team on the early stages of an exciting project. The project in question is a £40m new build healthcare centre based near Croydon. It has around 18 months left on the project so you will be starting at a good stage. They require a Project level Surveyor to work closely with the current senior surveyor, they will be required to deal with the pre con M&E packages and procurement. So must have knowledge of building services/technical packages and sub contractors.
The candidate will be experienced with tier 1 contractors in the UK and ideally will come with some experience in Healthcare and Science projects. They are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years experience.
This is a temp to perm opportunity and a fantastic chance to get involved with such a well thought of Tier 1 Business.
The Ideal candidate will;
– Be degree qualified (Quantity Surveying or equivalent)
– 5 Years experience minimum
– Tier 1 experience in Science and Health projects (desirable)
– Be motivated and determined to work on prestigious projects
