Junior Mechanical Design Engineer

My client is looking for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to work on a series of exciting, interesting and complex schemes from the Cheshire area. Commercial, Education and Residential projects will be at the forefront of your workload combining a variety of larger and medium sized projects. The company is a design and build contractor with a full order book. This tax years revenue has already surpassed last years comfortably and they are expected to become busier in the future.

With a busy order book and a number of strong projects in the pipeline the company is taking the opportunity to bring through the ranks a series of junior engineers, train you up on areas were knowledge is limited and help you progress through the company. Ideally you will be coming from a college background with ONC/HNC qualifications as a minimum. If you require day release to go to college or maybe even the financial support, this can also be accommodated. Ideally you will carry some experience in the Building Services industry and anything up to 12 months experience or maybe more would be of interest to my client. If you have done some work in a gap year or as an employee this would be of interest.

We are looking for candidates who are conversant with AutoCAD software, although you do not need to be an expert. Any familiarisation with Hevacomp would also be an advantage but there are opportunities to train you up on this if you are successful.
