UX/UI Designer, Remote

Salary: £60,000 – £78,000 per year

UX / UI Designer, Remote / Guildford (one day a month in the office minimum), £50k to £65k

Avanti Recruitment is working with a successful digital agency based in Guildford.

We are looking for a talented UX / UI Product Designer to join a creative team of awesome software developers, ux designers and product specialists.

You will initially focus on 2 key projects where you can contribute and add value from day one, but without loads of pressure.

Key areas of responsibility;

* As a UI / UX Product Designer, you will balance client needs through user centred design, delivering high levels of quality

* Look at competitor benchmarking and user research analysis

* Create expert wireframes and prototypes to make amazing UI/UX Designs for products

* Design incredible digital user experiences

* Understanding of front end code so you know how to put forward great design work with excellent user experience

Person spec;

* Good knowledge of visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, branding and design systems

* Attention to detail and a meticulous dedication to crafting high quality design

* Actively contributing to Strategy and User Experience discussions, with the ability to help shape key decisions in these areas

* Confident in articulating your ideas, and great at communicating with both clients and colleagues

* Always staying ahead of the trends in web, mobile and product design, and best practice

* Working as part of a development team, you write commit messages that make sense and can give and receive constructive feedback on pull requests

* A portfolio that reflects your strengths across both UX and visual design

* Fluent with the usual design applications including Figma
