Senior Recruitment Manager and Team Leader

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

• My client, a leading recruitment agency based in London, who focus on the financial services sector, inter alia, are appointing a Senior Manager who will build, develop, manage and lead a team of recruiters.
• The successful candidate will have a clear route to Director level with an equity incentive in this well established recruitment business, poised for growth.
• You will use leading edge training infrastructure to develop the team appointed by yourself, maximise the CRM software in order to achieve sales, driving profits in line with budgets and the business plan.
• The role requires an individual with a proven track record of success in management, billings, business development and employee motivation.
• Must possess excellent English communication skills with an ambitious personality who is solutions driven.
• Strong organizational and sales skills are a given.
