Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a firm of professional surveyors in Cambridge. This role is to work with clients in Cambridge and will ideally require someone with a depth of experience in the Cambridge market.

As a Senior Surveyor you will be fully responsible for carrying out the following processes on each project; pre-contract, tendering, contracts administration and agreements of final accounts. You will also have to take on other specialist services such as risk and value management and whole life costing.

As the Senior surveyor you will have full project leadership and therefore ideally have at least five years’ experience.

Full or student membership to Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in desirable.
