Salary: £26,000 per year
For the last year Educare Staffing has gained significant contracts throughout South Yorkshire within Residential and Specialist Support Services.
We are looking for dedicated, flexible Support Workers to join our ever growing force of staff all over South Yorkshire!
Your main duties and responsibilities as an Educare Support Worker will be;
* Promoting independence
* Maintaining a safe working environment
* Defusing challenging situations
* Building rapport with the residents
* Providing support with activities when required
* Aiding in the development of ‘life skills’
On average, our part time Support workers earn between £180 /£26,000 per year, and full time Support Workers between £350/£26,000 per year.
If you are given more than 12 hours’ notice to fill a shift, we will pay you at our standard rates – £26,000 per year minimum. If the shift was given with less than 12 hours’ notice you will earn our enhanced rates – up to £26,000 per year!

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate previous paid experience within the health and social care sector. You must be able to provide employment references that cover the last 5 years and most importantly be caring, motivated and passionate.
