Residential Conveyancing Property Lawyer

Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.

Based in Cardiff City Centre, an experienced Property Lawyer/Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner (Residential Conveyancing) is required by our clients, the UK’s leading residential conveyancing business, to own and manage caseloads through the legal aspects of the conveyancing process, pre-exchange on normal transactions, and on more complex and technical transactions.
LPC or Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice qualification is advantageous and ideally you will have proven extensive experience of transactional residential conveyancing.
Experience working with computerised case management systems on volume caseloads is essential, experience of the technical aspects of Freehold, Leasehold, New Builds, Shared Ownership, and Unregistered Title transactions is advantageous.

Adaptable with excellent problem solving and decision making skills, the successful candidate will be highly organised and able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, adopt a structured and integrated approach to his/her work and have excellent time-management skills. You will have experience of working at volume levels and achieving targets with a need to prioritise an ever changing workload and be able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision – strong IT / PC skills – MSOffice are essential.
