Urgent – Credit Controller

My client, a leading Insurance company based in the centre of Ipswich, is currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy finance team.

Duties;

* Maintain a robust process of credit control in order to maximise collections (90% within terms) and optimise cash flow
* To facilitate fortnightly credit control meetings between finance and operational staff
* To ensure timely resolution of queries by co-ordinating between the internal finance and operational teams and the external customers
* To provide accurate Management Information to the business on the aged debt / Work In Progress position and take responsibility for escalating issues to the management team
* To take responsibility for key customer / supplier statement reconciliations

You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and be a minimum of AAT qualified.
