Saxon Weald has been managing high quality affordable housing in Sussex and Hampshire since 2000. We strive to deliver excellent levels of customer care and are passionate about continually improving our homes and services.

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead, manage and motivate the Empty Homes team to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. The team is responsible for the refurbishment of our empty properties against a defined quality standard and challenging performance targets.

Your role as manager will be to:
– ensure effective deployment of resources within the Empty Homes team
– manage and monitor contractors;
– monitor and achieve spend within budget;
– develop effective working relationships with the lettings team;
– have overall responsibility for health and safety;
– provide regular performance management information and reports

You need to have proven success of:

– achieving high levels of productivity and satisfaction
– delivering a value for money service
– leading and motivating successful teams
– effectively prioritising, planning and organising work
– monitoring contractor performance

Salary £43,086 (£40,646) £45,390 plus 10% car allowance
37 hours per week, 27 days annual leave, final salary pension, health care benefits
