Our client, a well-established gastro pub with rooms, require an experienced Commis Chef to join their strong brigade. Using the finest locally sourced ingredients, this venue serves sensational modern British cuisine and remains busy year-round.

This venue caters for functions and events as well as locals and tourists alike, remaining busy year-round. It takes inspiration from the best of British food, everything is seasonal and made in house using fresh locally sourced ingredients.

As Commis Chef:

• You will remain calm under pressure
• Have good kitchen experience within a similar style kitchen
• Knowledgeable about fresh food
• Down to earth and able to work well in a team
• Hands on and able to get stuck in as and when needed
• Passionate and eager to learn
