Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
Electrical Project Manager
A regional construction / fit out company based near the centre of Birmingham are now seeking an Electrical Project Manager, to join the team as the company enters a new period of growth.
Winning a number of new projects last year across various locations, and continuing to win more, across fit out, retail and refurbishment projects.
Duties to include but not limited to;
Holding progression meetings with the Contracts Manager
Sourcing labour
liaising with Site management
Completing RAMS
Sourcing materials and dealing with suppliers
The successful individual
Desirable
Ideally educated to degree level
Essential
Electrical Project Manager experience
Electrical background
Have a minimum of 3 years experience in this role
Experience of working across fit out and retail projects.
Able to show and a successful track record of delivery
If you do not have a track record in managing fit out and retail projects (electrical background), we may not put your c.v forward for the role
