Our client is a start-up business that has the funding in place to enable it to set up a network of low cost, easy to operate anaerobic digesters across the UK.

Simplicity is the key here but the solution is structured around seeking out the best technological solutions from a broad range of sources.

This is a key appointment in the senior management team reporting in to the CEO.

The Role:

– Overseeing the building, equipment install and commissioning of plant.
– Review of documentation, submitting improvements and equipment modifications.
– Control of contractors.
– Develop and execute a manpower resource plan to ensure integrity of service delivery.

The Candidate:

– Graduate calibre with, ideally, CCM accreditation.
– Proven track record in managing an outsourced supply chain and growing and developing a multi-site project management team.
– Likely sector experience could be managing the establishment and maintenance of packaged treatment works within the water industry or installation and commissioning of static agricultural equipment.
– Well organised, with a passion for excellence and a drive to meet customer expectation.
– Extensive UK travel.
