As a self-employed Sales Designer you will enjoy all the benefits of being based at home and having the flexibility to balance your personal life with your work commitments. As such, we would love to hear from you if you are interested in committing either full or part-time. Our generous commission scheme gives uncapped earning potential. The more that you put in, the more you will get out. For full-time commitment, you should expect to earn in excess of £50k in your first full year. Our best people can earn in excess of £80k.

You will attend sales appointments in the customer’s home that have been pre-qualified by our customer service teams. Your role will be to delight customers by designing products that meet their lifestyle requirements. Full training will be provided, including how to use our market leading CAD software (don’t worry, no previous CAD or designer experience is needed – we will give you all the training you require).

We are looking for people:

*Who have a real, genuine interest in people and have a friendly, outgoing and trust-worthy disposition;
*With a customer focus and commitment to service that matches our own;
*With a hunger and a desire to be successful. You will need to thrive working in a target driven environment and be able to demonstrate a track record of excelling against targets;
*With an eye for design (although no previous design experience is required);
*With a flair for selling. This opportunity will ideally suit those with previous experience in direct selling, although we would be delighted to hear from you if you can demonstrate the commitment and capability to move your career into sales;
*Who have a car and phone they can use for work purposes as well as access to internet at home;
*Who have strong organisational skills, able to work without close supervision and are comfortable using IT applications (full training provided).
