PRESTIGE CAR SALES MANAGER

Location: Exeter, Devon

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 plus OTE £50,000 – £90,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 18:00. Saturday 8:30 – 17:00. Bank Holidays 10:00 – 16:00 on a rota basis.

Our client requires a Prestige Car Sales Manager for a well-established Prestige Car Dealership in Exeter.

The successful candidate should have stable experience in a sales management role within a Prestige Car Dealership.

Duties:
•Demonstrate strong control with the sales process and stock knowledge.
•Being responsible for training and motivating a team of experienced Sales Executives in hands on style.
•Devising action plans and setting sales targets to entire team.
•Drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction.

Person Specifications:
•Monitoring and encouraging the team.
•To report to Managing Director.
•Compiling and analysing sales figures
•Main Car Dealer Motor Trade experience as a Sales Manager is essential.
•Able to motivate, have an outstanding sales record and be highly organised.
•Sales Management experience
•Ability to manage large teams
•Strong sales ethics
