Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Templine Employment Agency Ltd are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a well established team in our Nuneaton office due to a recent promotion within the business.

Full training in all areas of recruitment will be provided so prior experience for this role is not necessary, however you will be a great communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Day to day duties will include liaising with clients, sourcing and interviewing candidates, evaluating and placing candidates in roles, and basic payroll.
