Salary: Up to £55,000 plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 4 days on 4 days off (overtime available)
Location: Dagenham

What you’ll be doing;
You will be responsible for maximising the throughput of the facility by organising and completing day to day routine maintenance and shutdown work
Providing ‘Hands-on’ Electrical & Technical support to both Production and other internal functions throughout the Factory
You will be solely working with electrical installations, fault finding and repair of PLC controlled machinery, ideally heavy industry / manufacturing environments
Providing plant wide electrical maintenance service, departmental support and repairs on a wide range of machinery such as conveyor-based systems, hydraulic presses, moulding machines and packaging machinery, ensuring that all production targets are maintained
You will manage your workflow between your shift and the opposite shift Allocating work for the weekend shutdowns and planning the electrical work during the week, you will also supervise the on shift Technician during the week and distribute labour appropriately between process problems, ppm’s and breakdowns
Planning and scheduling all of the maintenance aspects of the plastic recycling facility, minimising disruption to operations and maximising uptime and availability. You will organise and plan ppm scheduled work and non scheduled work through INFOR CMMS
