Contracts Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £52,800 per year

Want to run your own unique team in Facilities Management role?

The team is tight knit and consists of 2 technical Engineers and 1 administrator and works in the centre of Leeds being responsible for a prestigious site, it also includes being able to keep your fingers on the pulse as there will be some hands on work to be done.

You will build on customer relationships and develop your team to provide outstanding customer service. To endorse the brand and uphold the company image at all times.

The main Duties

*Ensure all Client Health and Safety Policies and procedures are adhered to, referring conflicts to the Account Manager where necessary.

*Update asset lists, schedules and instruction sets on the computerised maintenance management system.

*Ensurethat you plan the labour, schedule the tasks and ensure the effective completion of the PPM & reactive works both direct & sub-contractors.

*Ensure all reactive calls are logged and closed on the CMMS, utilising engineersand administration staff as required.

*Identify cost effective good working practice on site, including spares holding, bulk replacements, refurbishments, alternative suppliers and maintenance regimes

*Ensure that Risk Assessments, COSHH records and safe methods of work records are held on site.

Skills / qualifications:Working knowledge of Concept FSI Go, IT Skills -Intermediate / Advanced leveL, C&G/NVQ in mechanical or electrical discipline, Evidence of high quality experience in Building Services along with an understanding of Operationaland Maintenance, Proven successful working relationships with high end service providers
