Junior Remittance Officer – Romanian Speaking

We are inviting applications for a well established global money exchnage company based in London. An opportunity has arisen within their Remittance department.

JD – JUNIOR OFFICER / REMITTANCE OFFICER

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the candidate would be responsible for the following:

To greet the customers and welcome them when the customers enter the branches.
To execute customer requests and transactions.
To effectively handle customer enquiries (over phone and in person).
Processing of remittance & foreign currency exchange
Collecting customer suggestion forms
Handling and promoting other products like Gold LoanRequirements:

Fluent in English and Romanian Language.
1-2 year’s experience in customer service
IT experience in MS Office
Excellent customer service skills
