Shift Production Manager

Salary: £40,800 – £43,200 per year

Shift Manager, Coalville, 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm, £34K – £36K

Our client is a phenomenally successful production packing company who on top of years of success, continue to grow and have ambitious plans.

Due to further growth, they are looking to appoint a Shift Manager.

The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing packing lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets.

Responsibilities of the Shift Manager

• To effectively motivate a team of people to meet production packing targets
• Ensure the final product meets client specifications
• To effectively maximise efficiency
• Assist in the development of a skills matrix for all workers
• To assist in the identification and development of Line Leaders to promote success planning
• To assist in the training and development of new starters
• Play an active part in continuous improvement
• To conduct disciplinary investigations in accordance with company procedure

Experience required for the role of Shift Manager

We are looking for a Shift Manager who has experience of production management or warehouse packing operations. 

This role would suit someone ambitious as the company is on an incredible journey of growth and would suit someone who has a keen eye for improvements and a good grasp of exceeding KPIs and reaching targets.
