Sales Growth Consultant

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurial sales professionals to join our team as Sales Growth Consultants. This is an opportunity to join a small and growing business and learn many new skills and techniques in order to develop into a Senior Sales Consultant within your first 3 months. What we will provide to achieve this is high level training in Sales, Business, Consulting and more from a company led by a published authors on sales with seven published books.

The overall important aspect we are looking for is someone serious and determined to earn six figures. if you come with the ambition, attitude and skill we will provide the vehicle for you to achieve your full potential and earn a very lucrative income.

You will learn and develop skills while striving towards the goal of progressing through the company into a senior position with the opportunity to manage and develop your own portfolio of clients over the long term.

What we do is unique in that we offer to companies a full service sales management consultancy including recruitment, consultancy and training usually on a Results/Reward basis. Essentially what this means is that we aid small to medium sized companies in growing sectors to increase the size and output of their business through the sales of the company. Ultimately, we earn our money by helping other companies to make more.

You must:

Have a minimum of university entrance education
Be very ambitious for high income in business, sales, consulting and entrepreneurship
Be prepared to put in hard work
Be strong, confident and independent
Your role will be initially to introduce new businesses to our services and when you have proved yourself, which could be within a month, there is the opportunity to qualify to be a Senior Consultant which is very lucrative. As a Senior Consultant you will be in charge of your own clients, presenting and running events, aiding in developing these clients further and much more as the company progresses. In order to achieve Senior status you will be expected to achieve certain targets and to have passed through our internal training system in order to become an expert on sales, sales management, entrepreneurship and business in general.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can communicate at a high level and wants to be a big part of a growing business and not a small part of a big business. If you have a positive attitude, energy and discipline then we can make you a success in sales, consultancy and business.

Make no mistake, we are looking for people who seek high income. We are looking for applicants who want to push themselves and progress through the business. Through our proven methods and current team we can offer an OTE for the First Year of between £25k – £75k, Second Year Over £100K.

On starting you will be paid a fixed commission fee of £1000 for every client you are involved in that signs up to our service. There are then additional fees for presenting, consulting and ongoing account management. When you have learnt the business in the first quarter you will additionally have a range of lucrative fees and career opportunities. Our consultant fee scheme means you own the fee rights of a client you bring in. This enables you to enjoy a free lifestyle with plenty of choices.

You will during your training period:

Be calling, pitching, consulting and arranging appointments with potential new clients advising them on how to grow their business through our services
Be put through a thorough and intensive induction and training programme to turn you into an expert ASAP
Be part of a company that is growing and expanding into larger and multi national offices over the next 12 months
Be based in our London Gatwick offices but will cover businesses nationwide
