B2B Account Executive

Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year

This growing and fast-paced marketing consultancy are seeking an experienced Marketing Agency B2B Account Executive. You will work alongside the Senior Account Manager and Account Directors, playing an active role with some of our key B2B accounts. This role is to work from home, but you will be expected to attend meetings in the City Centre office twice a month as well as go out and meet clients on a regular basis. This is a hands-on role, and you will be expected to assist and manage ongoing projects for clients including but not limited to social campaigns, email marketing, direct mail, events, website, design and print projects, working closely with the creative design team to ensure our client’s expectations are met, on time and to budget. You will work across a variety of B2B accounts, with responsibilities including: –

* Work closely with the Senior Account Manager, Account Directors, Content Writers and the Creative team.

* Liaise with customers to help take briefs and deal with enquiries.

* Work closely with the creative team to ensure those briefs are dealt with efficiently and manage the project to successful conclusion, meeting deadlines and budgets

* Support the team to deliver the social media requirements for accounts as well as email marketing

* Support the team with administrative tasks, such as researching projects, liaising with suppliers, direct mail & website projects, sending out and following up on press releases and completing account activity sheets & monthly reports.

* Help to manage ad hoc design and print projects and web projects, owning the relationship with the client and ensuring the work is completed successfully through the agency.

* Draft blogs and social media content as required.

* Participate in brainstorms and support the team with creative campaigns.

* Help to manage our incoming enquiries presenting a professional first impression whilst ensuring all calls are dealt with efficiently.

To apply you must have: –

* 6-12 months Account Executive experience within a marketing agency, either in a full-time role or a 6–12-month internship within a marketing agency is essential (ideally B2B)

* Experience of writing blogs and social media posts is essential and knowledge of WordPress and social media platforms.

* Experience of managing email marketing campaigns is desirable and knowledge of email marketing platforms.

* A good understanding of print.

* IT literate, with experience in Microsoft Office packages, an experience of design packages desirable or willingness to learn.

What’s on offer: –

* Monday to Thursday 09.00 – 5.30 pm and 4.30 pm on a Friday, you can finish at 2 pm on a Friday if you start earlier in the week

* Salary range: £26,000 – £28,800dependent on experience.
