Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year
We are currently working with an AWARD-WINNING company whose values are to help everyone LIVE, LEARN, and THRIVE in AMAZING SPACES, to help them find a Operations Lead who wants to be part of the exciting new chapter with the UK’s leading Modular Build company.
Through successful delivery of public sector projects across the healthcare, education and MoD sectors, they have built great relationships with the government departments which is reinforced because of their net carbon zero targets, and strong focus on sustainable and ethical building.
We are looking for an up-and-coming Operations Lead who is ambitious and innovative, who would relish the challenge of taking on a lead role with of one of UK’S leading modular build companies, who offer long term security and active career development and progression.
YOU
will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of health and safety for the 3-4 sites you will be responsible for. Closely monitoring the progress on each site and reporting back to management with progress.
The Operations Lead for the education sector will be hitting targets, liaising with the clients and building up a good long-lasting relationships.
We are looking for someone with previous experience working as a Regional or Senior Site Manager who can; manage all parts of the programme, troubleshoot and collaborate with other site managers when problems arise.

THE ROLE
- Overseeing 3-4 sites that you would be responsible for
- Overseeing Health and Safety and all the process and making sub-contractors aware of protocols
- Managing all programmes on the project and organising when materials will need to be delivered and when certain sub-contractors will be required
- Day to day line management- managing performance, training and development
- Hitting targets and reporting back to management with progress
Skills and Experience
- A demonstrable track record of maintaining the highest H&S standards on site
- Proven experience of managing sites and delivering quality buildings on time and on budget
- Modular experience advantageous but not essential
- CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS certified
- An understanding of BIM process as it relates to on site functions
- Great communication skills, able to build relationships and resolve conflict
- Experience managing sub-contractors
- Degree or MCIOB qualified is desirable but not essential
