Salary: £32,400 – £35,400 per year

Landmarc currently require a Building Maintenance Technician with an emphasis on carpentry to join our thriving maintenance team. The role will require you to be responsible for maintenance, both planned and reactive at Westdown Camp.

Based on beautiful Salisbury Plain, you will be a self-starter who can work as part of a team but also by yourself on the wider Training Estate. You should be capable of managing your own workload, and advising and selecting materials required to complete works.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Carpentry/Joinery knowledge and skills
  • Strong Awareness of Health and Safety and working within a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Carpentry and maintenance skills
  • UK Driving Licence

Knowledge Areas:

  • Joinery repairs and general woodworking
  • Door Ironmongery (door closures, locks, fittings etc.)
  • Flooring
  • Roof repairs, slating and tiling, flat roof patching
  • Plastering repairs
  • Tiling
  • Brickwork & concreting
  • Drainage & guttering
