Maintenance Electrician Building Services

Working for one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management companies who have traded for over 75 years. You will be working on a prestigious government contract on a number of office buildings in North West London.

You will be working on a mobile basis locally in commercial offices carrying out service, maintenance and repair to electrical building services including lighting and power. This will include fault-finding and breakdown, lamp changing and emergency light testing etc. Whilst on site you may be required to carry out general maintenance of building services and more general building maintenance.

Normal working hours are 8am to 5pm Mon – Friday.

Any hours worked over 40 a week will be paid as OT, x1.5 mid week &Sat morning, x2 Sat afternoon and Sunday. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card which can be used in your spare time, an immediate start is available. You will need C&G 236 or equivalent and will need to be able to provide a working references.
