UK Stores Supervisor

A vacancy has arisen for a Stock Controller / Stores Supervisor to be based at our Bedlington Facility.

Your main duties will be to:

– Supervise and prioritise the workload of the Stores Department in line with the Production Schedule.
– Control of all deliveries from suppliers both external and internal.
– Ensure the highest level of stock accuracy at all times and highlight any discrepancies to the Workshop Manager.
– Organise and supervise stocktaking process.
– Review stock reports and prepare month end reports for the Workshop Manager.
– Ensure all stores procedures are followed.
– Proactively monitor stock levels to ensure best use of stores space.
– Coordinate all stores HR requirements.
– Hold and report monthly stores meetings.

Requirements:

You should have the ability to work under pressure, achieve deadlines, use your own initiative and work in a pro-active manner.

You should have a working knowledge of Vantage or an equivalent ERP system and good IT skills with MS Office packages.
