Digital and Offline Marketing Director

Due to fantastic continuous growth, a leading, award winning furniture retailer have a new “Digital and Offline Marketing Director” position within the company. You will be reporting to the owner of the business and working for an outstanding company who offer well made, good value luxury sofas (and soon to be beds).

You will be responsible for all marketing and promotion to generate increased sales for the company as well as managing the set-up and launch of new brands/ websites.

The role includes:

– Building and managing their google PPC campaigns as they are looking to bring it in house – all to increase conversions and sales.
– SEO – increase traffic to the site through better search engine positions.
– Affiliate marketing management
– Liaising with brand agency/ graphic designers as and when they need one
– Managing Interns and other people to help you depending on work load
– Managing and liaising with their PR agency to increase exposure in the media
– Organising photo and video shoots
– Managing the re-design and re-development of their main website
– Running competitions for their social media following
– Managing content, promoting and editing/writing copy for all brand websites.
– Producing regular monthly emarketing communications to selected targeted clients across all brands.

The successful candidate will have:

– An in-depth understanding of online marketing with at least 5 years proven online marketing experience in a similar consumer facing business. Management of SEO and PPC experience essential.
– Clear organisational & communication skills and be both driven and creative
– Excellent copy-writing and editing skills
– A record of excellent people and project management skills
– Attention to detail and the ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously
– A passion for digital marketing and a good sense of humour
