Production Operators

Our client, a first tier automotive supplier, is looking for temporary employees with some or all of the following skills and experience.
Person Specification
• Ability to work to standard operations
• Quality awareness
• Health and safety knowledge and awareness
• Operating transfer presses
• Machine minding
• Mig/Tig welding
• Spot welding

If you have experience of any of the above, have previously worked within a continuous improvement environment, understand your responsibilities regarding Health and Safety and can demonstrate you have an open and flexible attitude to work we would like you to apply for the positions.

The roles will be working on a range of shifts but predominantly on the back shift work pattern.

Dayshift 7.00am – 3.30pm (Mon –Thurs)
7.00am – 12.00 noon (Friday)
Backshift 3.25pm – 11.55pm (Mon –Thurs)
11.55am – 4.55pm (Friday)

It is envisaged that, for ideal candidates, that the roles will be on a temporary basis (13 weeks with agency then a 26 week temporary contract with the client) with the distinct possibility that they may be made permanent.

The selection process will include a detailed interview and completion of an aptitude test with the agency followed by a final interview and site visit with the client.
