Management Accountant

Salary: £48,000 per year

Success Recruit are currently working with a Global Logistics Company who are seeking to recruit a Management Accountant to their busy and expanding team based in Central Essex.

The successful Management Accountant will be an integral part of the finance team supporting with all reporting of business information and financial performance across a group of businesses.

The successful Management Accountant will be expected to:

Job Description

The Management Accountant will be responsible for the overall performance of the reporting and working closely to ensure continued process performances are achieved.

Duties to include but not limited to:

· Support monthly management accounts

· Complete balance sheet reconciliations and help with a back log

· Manage accruals and prepayments

· Action monthly consolidation of management accounts

· Achieve monthly VAT returns

· Complete EC sales list

· Carry out preparation of statutory accounts and taxation packs

· Assist with auditors and other external parties

· Review and create new processes for the department

Hours:

Monday to Friday – 9.00am – 5.00pm

Salary:

Up to £40k
