Portfolio Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, proactive and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast passed environment. Previous experience of working in a property management either within a corporate environment or Lettings Company is essential. We are looking for a confident hands on manager with demonstrable experience in lettings in the private sector.

Key Skills
• GSCE Maths and English or equivalent
• Lettings qualification, such as an NFOPP or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
• Experience of using Microsoft Office Programs, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Property management experience
• Client management experience and ability to develop good relationships

About The Role
The role will involve managing a portfolio of approximately 600 properties both for corporate and private landlords. The successful candidate will be working closely with the team leader to manage support and develop the team. You will review the performance of the team, setting objectives and targets to achieve maximum performance. You will ensure that key performance targets are met in respect of arrears, voids and expenditure. You will need to have experience of working with SLA and ensuring that any issues raised are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
