£82 000 plus £6500 car plus travel and benefits

We have a few exciting opportunities including Mechanical Project Manager and looking for experienced candidates for the following positions:

• Mechanical Project Manager
• Electrical Project Manager,
• QA
• Clerk of Works.

Previous experience working for a main contractor is needed to join this specialist fit-out team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER – includes but not limited to: –

• The Mechanical Project Manager will lead and motivate the team
• This is an upgrade to existing building so previous project experience retaining a structure is advantageous. 100m project, 30m MEP one major subbie, 24m of the MEP is infrastructure and 6m fit out
• The Mechanical Project Manager will be client facing and enjoy building relationships
• Must have a technical understanding of building services engineering
• Good project management,
• Strong proven experience on refurbishment projects
• Checking design against install / Checking quality
• Working with consultancy and client
• Look a heads – weekly / monthly 

MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER SKILLS AND BACKGROUND 

Degree qualified or relevant trade; NVQ

5 Years’ experience as Mechanical Project Manager, with relevant fit out / refurb completed projects track record as a No1 with the mechanical value of min £5m (commercial fit out from either a main contractor of subbie)
