The Role of Trainee Estate Agent:

As an excellent communicator with strong people skills and a likeable nature, you will be providing clients with the highest level of service by helping them sell their properties for the highest possible price in the shortest possible time.

My client is looking for an individual who they can invest in by becoming a fully qualified Estate Agent so you must be a committed and loyal individual who is looking for a long term career.

This busy role involves taking enquiries from clients, arranging valuation appointments and attending them alongside the Managing Director whilst you learn the business. You will making outbound calls to registered buyers in order to generate viewing appointments. You will be accompanying the Director to viewing appointments along with potential buyers and then following up on the viewings to gain feedback.

You will be assisting with negotiations between buyers and clients and assisting throughout the process to ensure the sale goes through smoothly.

You will also be involved in carrying out marketing activity including social media and attending local events.

The package for the role of Trainee Estate Agent:
Starting salary of up to £26,000 + Training + Commission when training is completed.
