Warehouse Manager
My client is a well established manufacturer within the engineering field based near Welham Green, Herts, who are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team.
The role will involve managing a team of up to 9 people, ensuring the timely despatch of goods, maintaining inventory and ensuring health & safety is adhered to.
The role will include:-
- Managing and training the team
- Planning and assigning work
- Communicating with customer service regarding stock availability
- Ordering stock
- Goods in and out
- Spot checks or orders being sent out
- Helping to delivery the highest level of service
- Improving work processes
- Use of Excel to produce management reports
Seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager who possesses strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and has a valid Counter balance Truck and Reach Licence, highly numerate and a strong man manager.
