NPI Project Manager – Manufacturing

Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

I am currently working with an global manufacturing company who are seeking a Project Manager to join their growing site in Swindon. This is a well-established business whose demand for experienced staff is driven through development plans and increased business opportunities.

You’ll be working on an experienced site with roughly 200 employees where you will be able to mould Project Management for the future and unify a global approach. Being part of close knit teams who thrive in an enjoyable working environment.

This Project Manager position will allow you to develop and widen your skills through technical and commercial control from the full product lifecycle, from concept design through to client handover. You will be managing multiple different projects at once which offers excitement and makes each day different to the next.

Your experience of managing engineering project with a manufacturing background will put you in good stead for this role.

Your responsibilities will include every aspect of project managing such as liaising with clients and sub-contractors, Co-ordinating stakeholders, project documentation and identifying and managing risks.

You’ll have the ability to create templates from scratch for given deliverables and help with getting other functions on board.

Having Project Management certifications such as APM or Prince 2 would be advantageous for this role.

This position would provide a salary of £54,000 – £60,000 depending upon length and relevance of experience.
