Customer Service Advisor (Call Centre)

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (CALL CENTRE) – NORTH LONDON – UP TO £17,000

A great opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to work in a Call Centre based in North London for our client within the Insurance Sector

As a part of a team, you will be responsible for providing a 5 star service at all times to customers/clients, both over the telephone and also when composing correspondence

Skills & Experience:

• To provide 5 star service to all customers/clients
• To handle all types of customer correspondence, inclusive of complaints, via email and telephone.
• To work within the company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal and external organisations in order to resolve customer queries.
• Any other duties as required by your role, at Management request or due to business requirements.

You will be required to work 1 Saturday per month
