Senior Architectural Technician / Project Lead

Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

Lead Careers are working with a fantastic Multi-Disciplinary Architectural Consultancy in London in search of a Senior Project Lead Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to join their growing team in a well-paid and flexible and/or WFH basis.

As a Senior Architectural Technician you will produce high quality sets of detailed drawings and specifications in REVIT which will enable projects to be completed within the set time frame. You will contribute to planning applications, prepare and present detailed drawings using computer aided design methods and support local and national sales and bids. Managing junior members of the team is also essential.

Project Lead requirements;

* ARB registered

* Must have three years UK experience

* ArchiCAD would be a bonus but it isn’t essential

* Experience in leading a team

* BIM knowledge

* Experience in medium to large scale residential and commercial projects

* Proven track record in delivering technical packages

* Strong communication and inter-personal skills

* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards

* Experience of the RIBA stages
