Brief Outline:
A great opportunity for an ambitious Operations Manager to join a fast-growing Manned Guarding and Commercial Cleaning company. The business is experiencing significant growth along the M62 corridor and they require an Operations Manager to help further develop the territory
About the Client:
A 20 year old Soft Services company with a strong presence in the North of England, our client is looking to grow their business across the M62 corridor, a key component in this growth is to bring on board a commercially savvy and operationally strong individual to head up the area’s operation
About the Role:
* Day to day management of all Supervisors
* Responsible for growing the supervisor team where required
* You will be the face of the company in client meetings and the first point of contact
* This role is Operations driven but there will be an element of Business Development
* You will be covering a good sized area along the M62 Corridor
About the Candidate:
* Prior experience in the Manned Guarding industry is essential
* Knowledge of Commercial Cleaning services would be beneficial
* You should have experience of managing a team
* This role would suit someone looking to develop their career within a well-known and respected company, as the business encourages professional development and have a clear path of career progression
