IS 1st Level Support Officer

Up to £27,600 per annum

We are currently recruiting for 1st Level Support Officers to provide ongoing support to the business ensuring we are able to meet our growth targets. The successful individual will meet the following requirements:
 1st Level IS Support experience
 ITIL V3 Foundation
 Experience of learning and effectively using central business systems
 Experience of dealing with problems over the telephone
 5 GCEs (A-C)/GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English
 Involvement in Central Business Systems (desirable)
 Computing qualifications, e.g.: GCEs/GCSEs, A Levels, BTEC ONC, BTEC HNC or equivalent (desirable)

Due to the nature of the role the successful individual needs to be willing to adhere to a department-wide on-call system, to be rota’d by managers.
