Salary: £48,000 – £66,000 per year
Well known Housebuilder looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Materials Buyer in the North West.
Reporting to the Managing Buyer; you will be responsible for all materials buying requirements for new build residential developments within the NW region whilst developing a procurement strategy for each development to ensure key dates are met. You will be challenged, encouraged & assisted to progress your career in a supportive environment. You will be either an experienced buyer or a senior, with related new-build construction experience.
