Marketing Assistant / Junior Marketing Executive

An exciting new role has been created for a Marketing Assistant to work with in Marketing Team.

The Main Purpose of the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and working within a marketing team of 6. The role involves liaising with internal departments in addition to external suppliers and service providers. We are looking for a self-starter who will support the team across a variety of projects and understand the full marketing mix. You will be responsible for many tasks including administration and office communications.

Reporting To:

Marketing Team Leader

Main Duties Include:

-Maintaining processes and procedures relating to Direct Marketing and campaigns
-Own and keep fully up to date all “unsubscribed data”
-Conducting primary and secondary research
-Sourcing and segmenting data for each campaign
-Organising address books, links and images for campaigns
-Own “enquiries to check marketing source” on CRM
-Sourcing images for campaigns
-Liaising with Third Party designers

The Successful Candidate must have the following attributes:

-PC literate
-Understanding of Microsoft Packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Organised and self-motivated individual
-Have the ability to priorities
-Have good attention to detail
-Understanding of the Microsoft Dynamic CRM system is desirable

This is a full time role working from Monday – Friday from 9:00 – 5.30.
