Interior Design Manager

This position is being advertised on behalf of Riverside Recruitment UK Ltd who operates as an employment business. We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Interior Design Manager to lead a successful and established creative team within a local and award winning business.

This is a fantastic career opportunity for an individual with solid interior design experience and management ability to work in a innovate, exciting and fashion – led industry. The successful candidate will be creative, motivated, organised and have the ability to lead a team working alongside the Store Manager.

The role shall involve but not be limited to;

• Measuring customers homes
• Designing and implementing new collection ideas
• Pulling design schemes together (including wallpaper/fabrics/accessories)
• Calculating quotes
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Proactively seeking and growing new business.

The salary for this role is £26,000 basis plus Bonus (expected OTE is £28,000).

This role would suit a candidate that is an experienced interior designer, with relevant qualifications preferred. Experience of leading a small team is also essential for this role.
