Project Manager – Interior Fit Out

Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

The role is a shop fit PM working on new stores and refits for a well-known client. With the potential to work across our client portfolio too.

Crucial difference for this PM is that the client is Europe-wide and the PM MUST be willing to travel within Europe depending on where the projects are. The majority are France, Spain and Italy, although they are also in Republic of Ireland, Slovenia and some new territories coming up such as Greece and Romania. They will not need to have extended stays abroad, but will need to attend site meeting in person, so would be away 2, 3 or 4 days at a time. 

Drivers licence needed too.

Previous experience of project management in a construction discipline is needed, ideally in retail / shopfitting.

Excellent customer facing skills and ability to manage sub-contractors.

Management of project finance.

Implementation of company H&S on site.

Good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft packages.
