Welsh Water is the sixth largest of the ten regulated water and sewerage companies in England and Wales. Responsible for providing over three million people with a continuous, high quality supply of drinking water and for taking away, treating and properly disposing of the wastewater that is produced, we are fully committed to delivering best quality service at least possible cost.

The Programme
The trainee programme will be delivered over eighteen months.
During your eighteen month programme you’ll attend block release classroom training, where you’ll study topics including Hydraulics, Water Engineering, Metering and Customer Service for qualifications accredited by The Certification and Assessment Board for the Water Industry (CABWI). The knowledge and skills you gain will be practised in the workplace, under the expert guidance of your buddy.
