I have an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a multi-billion pound water network and kick start an excellent career. This role will be based out of the Dartford area and would be best suited to people who are motivated by quick progression opportunities.

My client is recruiting for an Assistant Leakage Technician who will be responsible for assisting the Senior Leakage technician in the day to day leak detection activities and act as a driver for the senior technician, with this you will learn the trade and develop your skills as you progress.

This opportunity will provide full one-to-one training and will require you to work nights. The shifts however are 4 9.5 hour shifts Mon-Thurs followed by a long weekend.

The Assistant Leakage Technicians main responsibilities will be the following:

*To undertake a detailed survey to identify the type and location of water leakage – assisting the qualified Leakage Technician
*Assist repair gangs by providing leak detection services
*Undertake survey work/project work not normally associated with day-to-day leak detection
*Carry out adequate and accurate completion of all paperwork (including time sheets, survey forms, leak details) and other duties as required
