A dynamic and driven Project Assistant is required to work with a forward thinking marketing company. Due to the company’s location a driver with access to their own vehicle living in Taunton, Bridgwater, Glastonbury, Street, Wells, Weston-super-mare, Cheddar and even Bristol will find it easily accessible.

This is a perfect opportunity for a recent and ambitious graduate who is looking for an engaging role. The company are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic with excellent business acumen to assist with all aspects of administrative support. You will need to be able to thrive under pressure, be well organised, articulate and driven to succeed. Your strengths will need to lie in confidence, assertiveness and a high level of professionalism.

The role of the Project Assistant will include but not be limited to:
– Assist the projects team
– Oversee basic analysis of reports and programs
– Provide Support in maintaining project related tasks
– Provide assistance with spreadsheets, production data or consumer data
– Manage both inbound and outbound calls
– Attend meetings and Client Conference calls
– Planning and preparation of meetings and events

This role requires the motivation to continually learn, develop and improve and a flexible, hands on, can do attitude. Being a team player is essential as is the ability to be able to communicate and interact with people at all levels. Due to the nature of the role, the person in this role must be able to think proactively at all times and be able to address problems quickly and effectively. Organisation is also key to this role as it is fast paced and varied.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per year with a Salary: £26,000per yeardepending on experience.

Our client is looking to have someone in place asap so ideally you will be available immediately, however they will consider waiting a notice period for an exceptional candidate.
