JOB TITLE: Security Site Supervisor – Nights

SALARY: £15.3per hour

LOCATION: Regents Park

TYPE: Permanent

Cordant Security is currently seeking a SIA licenced Security Site Supervisor to join our teams in London.

You will ensure the safety and security of people, premises and property. The post holder will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day security requirements of a prestigious site, maintaining a high corporate image and very high standards of professionalism.

Principle Accountabilities:

Lead and supervise the security team
Access Control
Monitoring the team performance to meet KPI’s
Ensuring the tasking and adherence of Assignment Instructions
Ensure all security personnel are correctly turned out and courteous at all times
Ensuring that all relevant ‘On Site’ training has been completed
Ensuring all incident reports and site documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner
Ensure that all patrol activity and CCTV monitoring is carried out in accordance with the Site instructions
Ensuring the welfare of the team members
Reporting misconduct or malpractice issues to the operations managerRequirements:

A valid Frontline Security Guarding, Door Supervision or Close Protection SIA licence is essential
A CCTV/PSS licence is advantageous
Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and landline contact numbers.
Previous experience in a supervisory capacity
Excellent communication & administration skills
Must be punctual and have the ability to think in their feet
Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
Smart, well groomed and confident.
Conflict management aware
High level of Customer Care Awareness
Security systems knowledge
Telephone/switchboard skills
First Aid training would be an advantage
IT literacy would be an advantageIn return we offer:

Working nights on a 4 on 4 off rolling roster.
Average of 42 hours a week
28 days annual leave per year inclusive of bank holidays
