Shift pattern: 4 on, 4off – 7am – 7pm and 11am – 11pm (rotating)

Salary: £26,000 – £27,600per year

My client is a leading independent property management company based in the City with an impressive residential property portfolio comprising over 30,000 units ranging from traditional mansion blocks to substantial mixed-use developments.

Due to the exciting opening of a 5* residential tower in the heart of the City that boasts a private club and roof garden for its residents, my client is looking for a Doorman with previous experience to come on board and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the main forecourt and external areas of the development.

The Door person’s role is essential for creating a positive first impression and ensuring superior levels of customer service are achieved at all times. Security of the development is also a fundamental part of the role, the post holder will be expected to carry out routine security duties to ensure the development and it’s occupiers are secure at all times.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Providing Doorman, Valet Parking and Security services in the prescribed manner, as instructed by the General Manager or Property Manager.
*Meeting and greeting all owners, visitors and members of the general public upon arrival at the development.
*Assisting owners and residents with transportation of items from their vehicles / outside and in to the development.
*Providing car valet services to all residents as and when required.
*Completing security duties whilst on duty as and when requested. This will include security patrols and vehicle security checks.
*Ensuring the external and internal areas of the development are kept clean and tidy.
*Inspecting, on a daily basis, all external areas of the private residential buildings and grounds, reporting any defects, security or health and safety concerns to the General Manager or the Residents Service Manager.

For legal reasons, all candidates must be over the age of 25 and hold a full, clean UK driving licence. Previous experience as a Door person working in a high end customer service establishment (role to include providing car valet services) is essential. SIA license desirable.
